We ask our visitors and candidates to consider their colleagues when reviewing our open positions.  If the current openings are not of immediate interest to you, however you know someone with that expertise, we greatly appreciate learning of him/her.  As always, both candidate and referral information is kept confidential.   And even if you don’t see a posting that directly relates to colleagues’ expertise, it may be that in the near future we could work with them.   

RS&A will send you a referral fee of $500.00 for every placed candidate resulting from your efforts.  All referrals must be new (or if we have the person in our database and you provide key new contact information) candidates to RS&A  and, ideally, be submitted thru our online form.   

You will be notified of referral eligibility within 3 business days of submitting a person’s name, contact information, etc.  There is no limit on the number of referral bonuses you can collect and no expiration date on the referral.   NOTE:  Referring oneself is not a valid referral! 

Your referral bonus will be processed on the 90^th day following the candidate’s start date in his/her new position - eg, if your referred candidate/colleague starts his/her new position on April 1^st, the check to you would be processed by July 28^th.  Your candidate must stay at the new position/new company for the length of the guarantee period (typically 3 – 6 months).
